Our preferred FAQ Extension (QuickFAQ) offers many ways to display your FAQ's. If you look under "User & Community" in our menus and go to the FAQs item, you will see some of them there. But there are other methods of displaying FAQs. These are:
- Provide a submission form for your users to write their own FAQs (you would normally restrict this to certain people)
- A link to a user's "Favourites" - yes, QuickFAQ allows your visitors to bookmark their favourite FAQs for later use
- A page that shows all "tagged" FAQs. You may have 20 FAQs in 10 different categories, but "tagging" is a way to keep related FAQs together, no matter what category they are in. An example might be that you tag some of your FAQ's with "Image Galleries". You could then provide a link that would show all FAQs tagged as being related to "Image Galleries", no matter what category they are in.
